Wabi Sabi Farm Table

This reclaimed beech wood dining table exemplifies Organic Modern style with raw wood texture and plenty of wabi-sabi appeal. An antique farm door comprises the expansive top, minimally worked to preserve the light coloring and primitive feel of the salvaged timber.

The table rests on large, column-form legs, each hand-turned of reclaimed wood to a modern design of stacked geometric shapes. Carved with smooth contours and asymmetrical forms, the sculptural legs recall the strength of totem poles or the momentary balance of a pile of stones.
