Lichen Flower Stone Stool

This meditation stone stool was carefully selected for its biomorphic shape and beautiful, organic patterning. The stone is comprised of white-grey marble flecked with flower-like inclusions of jadeite, agate and serpentine, resembling a bloom of pale-green lichen or moss.

Following its natural contours, the dense stone block has been polished to achieve a smooth surface texture while preserving its asymmetrical form. In the spirit of Chinese garden drums, the stone brings the beauty of nature indoors as a sculptural stool, pedestal or side table.
