This early 20th-century tea table is crafted from a precious species of rosewood, revered by collectors for its rarity and unusual grain pattern. The detailed carvings on the legs and apron create a pattern that we have never before encountered, and was described to us, by the collector from whom we acquired it, as "the scales on a dragon's back."
