In the early 20th century, major Chinese cities such as Shanghai and Tianjin were swept up in the Art Deco design movement. Design, architecture, art, fashion, and furniture were all influenced by the Deco aesthetic, which permeated every aspect of life in the bustling, vibrant cities. This delicate glass curtain rod is a product of the era and a beautiful example of Deco glass work. Sculpted from a hollow tube of clear glass, the straight rod is finished on either end by a curlicue loop, by which it can be suspended.

What They're Saying

Elizabeth Krueger | Elizabeth Krueger Design

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
