Over a century ago, someone carried this beautiful little charm with them everywhere, possibly reaching into their pocket throughout the day and touching it for good luck. The charm is a “Ho Ho” Boy and would have been used to invoke good fortune and provide protection to its wearer throughout the day. It was forged in China’s Tianjin province out of copper and has gained a lovely patina with age. The charm has been mounted on a custom steel stand for display.
