Hand-carved in northern China, this provincial scoop was once used to measure and dispense rice and grains. After over a century of use, the wood has developed a burnished finish that calls to be touched. With the graphic impact of a cornucopia, the scoop represents bounty and prosperity and makes for a wonderful addition to the home. We like to use a scoop as a table display for candies or nuts or as a decorative sculpture, mounted alongside others on a kitchen wall.

What They're Saying

Elizabeth Krueger | Elizabeth Krueger Design

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
