This elegant tea table was crafted of in late-19th-century France in the Louis XV-style, defined by its scalloped apron and thin cabriole legs. The s-form legs curve outwards from the top with dramatic flare, then taper gently to narrow hoof feet with a cross-hatched texture. The wavy line of the scalloped apron is traced by a beaded edge that flows down each leg. The thin rectangular top is formed of multiple boards and finished with a molded edge and rounded corners. Fitted with two shallow drawers on near sides, the table works just as well in the corner as it does floating in the center of a room.

From the collection of Frances and Gary Comer.

Elizabeth Krueger | Elizabeth Krueger Design

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
