Dated to the late 18th century, this round side table is an elegant example of the classic English pedestal table design, defined by a round top supported by a central column. First popularized during the Georgian period (1714-1837), large pedestal tables such as this were used for taking hot drinks such as tea, coffee, and chocolate. This tilt-top table features a column support decorated with simple baluster turnings and beaded rings, ending in a tripod base of three gracefully sloping cabriole legs. Minimally decorated, the table's timeless form fits seamlessly into traditional and modern interiors alike.

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
