This one-of-a-kind limestone charm in the shape of a resting ox originally used its heft in a 19th c. Chinese baby's nursery. A simple yet ingenious concept, this stone guardian anchored a baby’s swaddling cloth to the bed so the child wouldn’t roll out. At rest just like its charge, the animal represents the Chinese zodiac sign under which the baby was born, the Year of the Ox, known for inspiring hard work, positivity and trust.
