A motif of chrysanthemums in relief decorates this ceramic vase. This jar's rich brown finish is hand-glazed both inside and out. Because chrysanthemums bloom late in the year, even into winter, they are associated with the virtue of endurance in the face of difficult times. This monumental jar with a deep, rich colored glaze and heavly textured finish is easy to imagine planted indoors or out with a carefully selected speciman--one of our favorite trees of choice is the fiddle leaf fig.

What They're Saying

Elizabeth Krueger | Elizabeth Krueger Design

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
