A dark, iridescent glaze clings to the angular shoulders of this petite jar, dripping down the textured sides in contrasting rivulets of navy blue. Crafted in the late 19th century, this wide-mouth jar with strap handles was once used to ferment and store vinegar in a Qing-dynasty kitchen, as evidenced by its interior glaze. Exposed at the base and lip, the vessel's shimmering glaze exhibits a rich range of colors and catches the light beautifully.

What They're Saying

Elizabeth Krueger | Elizabeth Krueger Design

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
