Named for the English pronunciation for the Turkish word meaning “hairy,” tulu rugs are woven with luxurious lambswool in the Anatolian region of Turkey. Typically exhibiting a thick pile, this vintage flatweave rug has a lower profile that complements traditional and contemporary rooms while still offering exceptional warmth and plushness underfoot. The natural-colored wool varies in thickness and tone creating a rich, heathered effect, accented with subtle stripes of the white cotton weft.
