Dated to the early 20th century, this red lacquer console table has a unique waterfall design, the top flowing into the sides as one continuous ribbon. The table is minimally decorated, featuring scrolled feet and a simple apron influenced by the clean lines of the Art Deco movement. The top surface extends past the legs on one side, perhaps to fit seamlessly against a larger piece of furniture. Layers of cinnabar red lacquer cloak the exterior, gently worn for a beautifully crackled finish.

What They're Saying

Elizabeth Krueger | Elizabeth Krueger Design

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
