A Qing Dynasty artisan with incredible technique carved this Elmwood table over 150 years ago in the Shanxi region of China. It has excellent proportions, concealed joinery, decorative, rounded aprons, and legs ending in artfully shaped, horse hoof feet. The rounded humped end braces heighten the table's depth and dimension. The elm has gained beauty with age; the small divots and fishers give the table a character that can only be achieved with time.
