Long ago, a trough would have been a fairly common sight in rural China; this long, narrow and shallow example was likely filled with water or grain for chickens. It has holes at the bottom for drainage. The remarkable stonework has aged beautifully with time. We suggest planting with succulents or other favorite flora.
