Opening this wooden box from India once released the irresistible aroma of a spice blend such as garam masala or panch phoron. Redolent with cardamom, fenugreek, and other aromatics, such carefully crafted condiments were the pride of an Indian homemaker and key ingredients to nearly every meal. Simply carved with a single floral medallion on the lid, this spice box has been burnished to a warm finish by the loving touch of generations of home cooks. We love it displayed slightly ajar, filled with wrapped candies or odds and ends.

What They're Saying

Elizabeth Krueger | Elizabeth Krueger Design

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
