COVID-19 Update

Updated 11/23/2020

In art, we see the resilience of the human spirit. During these challenging times, we’re doing our best to respond to the needs of our clients, team and community. Like everyone, we are making decisions one day at a time while adhering to CDC recommendations.

Are you open? What are your hours?

Beginning November 23, 2020 we are open by appointment only.
Our operating hours are Tuesday – Saturday 10am to 5pm

How do I schedule an appointment?

Contact [email protected] or call 773.235.1188 to schedule time during our operating hours.

Our 15,000 sq foot lofty space is conducive to the city guidelines for social distancing. To promote good health, we require that visitors wear a mask or face covering at all times, maintain a minimum distance of six feet and apply provided hand sanitizer upon entry.

How do I shop online?

Our collection is available to you 24/7 online at pagodared.com.

Laurene is available to work with you Monday – Saturday 10am – 5pm CST via live chat or phone. Call us to get questions answered, plan logistics or to let us know how we can assist in any other way. We can also schedule time for Mike or Luke to show you objects in the gallery via FaceTime or Zoom.

Are you shipping?

Yes. Each object is ready to ship. We take great care to ensure each object is safely prepared, cleaned and packed. We’ll work with you one-on-one to ensure your delivery goes smoothly and according to your needs.

Do you offer Contactless Delivery?

Yes. If you specify this option, we’ll place the delivery on your doorstep, ring the bell, and step 6-feet back. If the object requires inside placement, our delivery team will remove shoes and maintain a safe social distance.

Are expedited deliveries available?

Yes. Though instead of overnight, you might expect 2-day arrival. We are working closely with UPS and a strong network of carriers who continue to deliver within reasonable expedited delivery timelines. We are approaching each delivery case-by-case and are doing our best to meet your deadlines.

What are you doing to keep your team safe?

Most of us are working remotely. Our conservator continues in his workshop, maintaining safe social distance from the packer and shipper. We have established a system with pick-up drivers to maintain safe social distance.

We are all in this unprecedented time together. We are committed to maintaining hope and our connection to you however we can.
