Chinese porcelain was singular; the colors were beautiful and bright. Gifted ceramicists made designs that were durable and useful, and the craze to collect them spread across the world in the 1700s. This beautiful jar is a more modern example of an ancient form used to store salt and other daily necessities. The cheerful robin’s egg blue glaze was applied by hand providing a depth of color. We love arranging groups of varying sizes and shapes in this color to add layers of interest to any space.

What They're Saying

Elizabeth Krueger | Elizabeth Krueger Design

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
