Cultivated in all parts of China, the chrysanthemum is esteemed for its variety of forms and rich colors. This favored flower is carved in a graceful repeat motif on the apron of this exquisitely crafted 19th-centiry pine wood table, complemented by graceful, floral-accented curved legs. Once used in ancestor worship ceremonies, the table exhibits remnants of the green and red lacquer that once enhanced its beautiful detailing. Displaying classic lines with just the right amount of embellishment, the table makes a gracious entryway table or buffet sideboard.

What They're Saying

Elizabeth Krueger | Elizabeth Krueger Design

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
