This 19th-century presentation box is elevated with contemporary steel legs. The box is assembled from fragrant pine wood and cloaked in a layer of dark brown lacquer. Marking the lid is the fú (福) character for "good fortune," displayed during Chinese New Years as a blessing for good luck and prosperity. Originally used for presenting New Year's gifts, the box is now an elegant hiding place for household clutter.

“I am particularly fond of PAGODA RED as we have known the family for so long. Betsy is a professional in every way and her intelligent taste comes from a long line of family knowledge in the arts. She and her team are the very best to work with and we find treasures with every visit!”
